Refund policy
We happily accept cancellations on orders that have not yet shipped. However, once an order has been prepared for shipping, the sale is considered to be final.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your Order. We do not offer returns, but we gladly accept exchanges.

Conditions of Exchange: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items cannot be exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items
