Shipping policy

There are only 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬 behind this business. We create each delicious product by hand in small batches, prepare each package for shipping, then deliver them in-person to our central post office. We also manage every other aspect of this business and operate our brick & mortar shop in the historic French Quarter.

Estimated Shipping Times

North America: 1 week

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Orders typically ship within 1 week, though this is not guaranteed. Incense is packaged to order and may require a little extra processing time. Actual delivery time will depend on many factors including the shipping method you choose, carrier shipping delays, and peak shipping periods.

• Order deadline for "Ready to Ship" items is Sat 5/9. These will be mailed 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 we depart. ⁠
• Orders received between 5/10 - 5/27 will be processed in the order they were received 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 we return. ⁠There may be a short delay in shipping as we catch back up again.
• Shipping resumes on 5/28.

We will have limited internet connectivity while traveling. If you have placed an Order, your anticipated shipping time is listed in your Order details. Please do not message us on multiple platforms with shipping time inquiries, which only serves to slow down our overall response time. 🙏🏻⁠
