Order Processing

There are only 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬 behind this business. We create each delicious product by hand in small batches, prepare each package for shipping, then deliver them in-person to our central post office. We also manage every other aspect of this business, like communications, website management, markets, social media, etc. All of this is on top of operating three other art businesses and a brick & mortar shop in the historic French Quarter.

Estimated Shipping Times

North America: 1 week

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Orders typically ship within 1 week, though this is not guaranteed. Incense is packaged to order and may require a little extra processing time. Actual delivery time will depend on many factors including the shipping method you choose, carrier shipping delays, and peak shipping periods.

We are on vacation from 8/10 - 8/18. We'll have limited phone and internet connectivity during this time.

• Our physical storefront will remain open during this time.
• Orders received by Friday, 8/8 ship before we leave.
• Orders received from 8/9 - 8/18 will be processed in the order they were received after we return.
• Regular shipping times will resume on Tuesday, 8/19.

It may take us a moment to get caught up with inquiries and shipping requests that came while we were away, as there is really just one person managing all aspects of this business.
